We designed and built Basecomp from the ground up: a SaaS platform that lets competition businesses create competitions, sell entries, take payments, manage entrants and run draws - all in one place.

Under the hood
How we built it to last.
Competition businesses see huge, spiky traffic - thousands of people buying entries in the final minutes before a draw closes. We built Basecomp on a multi-tenant Laravel platform with a payment path designed to stay reliable under load, and infrastructure on AWS that scales for those peaks. The draw and winner-selection logic was built to be transparent and auditable, because in this market, trust is everything.
